Call for Papers
The Red VUCE initiative is meeting in Cartagena, Colombia. The objective is to foster the use of electronic windows as a trade facilitation and control tool, and to optimize and reduce the time and costs associated with export, import, and transit transactions according tointernational standards, recommendations, and good practices. This event took place in San Salvador on May 14, 2014. Read the press release here. On March 12 and 13, Pathways promoted mechanisms for public participation and access to information in an international workshop in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
